Dalgona Coffee Challenge
Skimmed Soya Latte
My Recipe:
1. Mix well of the follows
~ instant & microground coffee (1 portion)
~ skim milk powder (2+ portions)
~ hot water (1 portion)
2. Use hand blender to whipped the mixture till light & fluffy (around 3 - 5 min)
3. Serve on top of warm soya milk
Finito! 😉✌

搞搞咖啡
一直 prefer 少 foam 嘅 coffee, 但開始了"冇嘢揾嘢嚟搞"之後,發覺都 okay bor 😉 
BTW, coffee capsule 即使係 ristretto (冇加水 but 改咗用 coconut powder) 係打唔到企身嘅 foam 㗎!🤔…
